For our final circle of 2021, we will hold a beautiful closing ceremony for the year. Taking time to reflect on our challenges and triumphs and release anything no longer serving our highest good. We will set our intentions moving forward into this next phase of life and visualise our manifestations for 2022.

This circle will include sharing, journaling, and guided meditation.

Tasty nibbles will be offered.

Notes: Bring a journal, pen, and pillow, or something to sit on. I recommend wearing something warm and comfy :)

Each week there’s a new theme and activity including guided journaling, meditation, yoga, and breathwork. We also explore spirituality, moon cycles, and women's wellness.

The theme of this circle is Love and Connection. Let's talk about love and what that actually means, how can we open ourselves up and welcome more authentic and deep love into our lives. This session is all about connection, with ourselves, with other people, and the planet. We will do some loving breathwork, a beautiful ending meditation, and hugs all around.
