Beginners/open dance class 💃🏼
Feminine Fusion Style- a sexy combo of Burlesque, Hip-hop, and possibly some flirty floor work ;) No experience needed!
Empowering gal chats, with wine & nibbles 🥂
Self-love & sisterhood is the theme of the evening! Giving you the opportunity to celebrate yourself, let your hair down to have some fun, and make some amazing new gal pals!
Dress code:
Wear something that makes you feel sexy! Lingerie & heels welcome ;P

As women, we can experience a lot of judgment, and unwanted attention when we express our sensuality. Collectively there’s so much shame attached to it, so we tend to suppress it and hide it. My intention when creating the groove-shops was to open a safe and supportive, judgment-free space for women to explore and embody their sensual side and to let their flirty feminine FREE!
Dance and movement are such joyful ways of connecting with your soul and getting out of your head and into your beautiful body! Shaking out the negative self-talk, judgement or comparison. Letting it all go to feel liberated as the real, raw, and radiant woman you are!
The classes include simple yet spicy choreography and guided freestyle. It’s not about perfection or performing, it’s about feeling, releasing, expressing, and learning to love all sides of who you are authentically ❤️ And having a f**k load of fun while you do it! 💃
It's also a beautiful way to meet new soul-sisters too!
All ladies and they-dies, of all ages, shapes, and sizes are welcomed with open arms!
